At EXIT Aragon Realtors, all new agents start with a 65% split and after 4 closed escrows, no matter how small, they get bumped to  70% until they close $100,000 in GROSS commissions at which time they go to  90% for the rest of the calendar year. After that they never go below 70% in future years.  We do expect our agents to diligently work towards consistant high earnings as this will place each agent in a high income category and at the top of the industry in comparison with all competition. With EXIT Realty, once you have closed  $100,000 in GROSS Commissions in any calendar year (you just may do this in a short time) which is only about 8 or 9 deals in the Valley, your split goes to 90% for the rest of the year and still no added on expenses or DESK FEES!

If you've introduced and sponsored others to EXIT, YOU then will receive 10% of your sponsorees GROSS commissions on each deal they close with no loss in commission to you or them. Your income will explode with the EXIT Formula for success.
